Moshi ( Kilimanjaro )

Moshi is a town in northern Tanzania, near the Kenyan border. It's known as a gateway to Kilimanjaro National Park, home to Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. Trails run up the mountain’s cloud-ringed, snow-capped dome, through alpine forests and meadows home to elephants and leopards. One of Tanzania's major coffee-producing hubs, Moshi is known for its coffee farms and auctions..

Saadani National park

Saadani's wildlife population is increasing during recent years after it has been gazetted as a National Park and was a hunting block beforehand. Wildlife in Saadani includes four of the Big Five, namely lions, African bush elephants, Cape buffaloes and leopards. Masai giraffes, Lichtenstein's hartebeest, waterbucks, blue wildebeests, bohor reedbucks e.t.c

Dar es Salaam

Dar es Salaam, a major city and commercial port on Tanzania’s Indian Ocean coast, grew from a fishing village. The open-air Village Museum has re-created the traditional homes of local and other Tanzanian tribes and hosts tribal dancing. It’s part of the National Museum, which offers Tanzanian history exhibits, including the fossils of human ancestors found by anthropologist Louis Leakey.

Zanzibar (unguja)

Unguja, also known as Zanzibar Island, is the main island in the Tanzanian archipelago of Zanzibar. Stone Town, part of Zanzibar City, is an old trade center, with mosques and winding lanes. The 1883 House of Wonders is a former sultan’s palace with a clock tower. The Old Fort now houses a cultural center and a stone amphitheater. Underground aqueducts fed hot water to the late-19th-century Hamamni Persian Baths.

There I learned from grandmother and mother in their clinic that they worked as a masseur with herbs until I got the medical knowledge about massage therapy and various diseases and since they have worked to treat. I offer help in the rehabilitation of Medical, through wellness tourism, you get help in fulfilling your goals in a fun, safe and efficient way. Moving with the focus on getting fit, getting stronger, faster, smoother, more durable, building muscle, losing weight or just feeling better. Medical yoga is a therapeutic yoga form in which breathing exercises are mixed with slow soft physical exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Yoga Pass is performed on a yoga mat or sitting on a chair. No prior knowledge is required and you adapt all exercises to your own requirements.
